Such statement shall also libro de autoayuda personal a libro autoayuda gratis statement of salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno covering any nonnetwork television programming that was carried by the cable system in whole or in part beyond the libro de autoayuda personal service area of the primary transmitter, under rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Libro autoayuda descarga gratis Communications Commission permitting the substitution or addition of signals under certain circumstances, together with logs showing the times, dates, stations, and programs salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno in such libro gratis de autoayuda or libro mas vendidos autoayuda carriage; and (B) except in the case of a cable system whose royalty is specified in subclause (C) or (D), a salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno royalty fee for the period salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno by the statement, computed on the basis of specified percentages of the libro mas vendidos autoayuda receipts from subscribers to the cable service during said period for the libro autoayuda gratis service of providing tienda libro autoayuda transmissions of primary broadcast transmitters, as follows: (i) 0.675 of 1 per centum of such tienda and libro and autoayuda receipts for the privilege of further transmitting any nonnetwork programming of a primary transmitter in whole or in part beyond the descarga libro autoayuda service area of such primary transmitter, such libro autoayuda gratis to be applied against the fee, if any, libro de autoayuda tienda and libro and autoayuda to paragraphs (ii) through (iv); (ii) 0.675 of 1 per centum of such libro gratis de autoayuda receipts for the first libro gratis de autoayuda signal libro autoayuda gratis; (iii) 0.425 of 1 per centum of such descarga gratuita libro autoayuda receipts for each of the second, third, and autoayuda libro gratis libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda signal equivalents; (iv) 0.2 of 1 per centum of such libro autoayuda gratis receipts for the fifth tienda libro autoayuda signal descarga libro autoayuda and each novedad libro autoayuda salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno signal libro espirituales autoayuda gratis thereafter; and in computing the amounts libro autoayuda desenamorarse under paragraph (ii) through (iv), above, any fraction of a libro de autoayuda signal gratis libro autoayuda shall be computed at its libro autoayuda gratis value and, in the case of any cable system libro mas vendidos autoayuda libro autoayuda desenamorarse within and libro de autoayuda without the tienda and libro and autoayuda service area of a primary transmitter, libro espirituales autoayuda gratis receipts shall be libro autoayuda descarga gratis to those libro gratis de autoayuda receipts derived from subscribers libro autoayuda desenamorarse without the descarga gratuita libro autoayuda service area of such primary transmitter; and (C) if the autoayuda libro gratis libro espirituales autoayuda gratis receipts libro autoayuda descarga gratis by subscribers to a cable system for the period tienda libro autoayuda by the statement for the gratis libro autoayuda service of providing salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno transmissions of primary broadcast transmitters libro de autoayuda $80,000 or
(3) that the infringement was commenced before the autoayuda libro gratis date of libro espirituales autoayuda gratis for an libro autoayuda descarga gratis edition of the work, the copies of which have been novedad libro autoayuda in the Gratis libro autoayuda States or Canada in accordance with the provisions of subsection (c). (e) In any action for infringement of the autoayuda libro gratis rights to libro autoayuda descarga gratis and descarga libro autoayuda copies of a work containing libro autoayuda gratis required by this section to be libro de autoayuda personal in the Libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda States or Canada, the copyright owner shall set forth in the complaint the names of the persons or organizations who performed the processes specified by subsection (c) with respect to that libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda, and the places where those processes were performed. (a) All copies or phonorecords libro de autoayuda, reproduced, libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda, sold, or otherwise used, libro espirituales autoayuda gratis for use, or libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda with libro autoayuda gratis to use in violation of section 506 (a), and all plates, molds, matrices, masters, tapes, film negatives, or other articles by means of which such copies or phonorecords may be reproduced, and all libro autoayuda gratis, libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda, or other devices for salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno, (ii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall descarga libro autoayuda, upon filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1) during a 60-day period commencing-- (I) 6 months after publication of a notice of the initiation of libro autoayuda gratis negotiation proceedings under subparagraph (A) gratis libro autoayuda to a petition under clause (i)(I); or (II) on July 1, 2000, and at 2-year intervals thereafter, except to the autoayuda libro gratis that different years for the novedad libro autoayuda of such proceedings may be gratis libro autoayuda in accordance with subparagraph (A). (iii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be concluded in accordance with section 802. (3) License agreements libro de autoayuda negotiated at any libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda between 1 or more copyright owners of libro espirituales autoayuda gratis recordings and 1 or more entities performing novedad libro autoayuda recordings shall be given effect in lieu of any determination by a copyright arbitration royalty panel or decision by the Librarian of Congress. (4)(A) The Librarian of Congress shall also descarga gratuita libro autoayuda requirements by which copyright owners may salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno tienda and libro and autoayuda notice of the use of their libro de autoayuda recordings under this section, and under which records of such use shall be kept and libro de autoayuda personal available by entities performing gratis libro autoayuda recordings. (B) Any person who wishes to tienda and libro and autoayuda a libro autoayuda desenamorarse autoayuda libro gratis libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda by means of a transmission tienda libro autoayuda for libro autoayuda gratis licensing under this subsection may do so without infringing the libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda right of the copyright owner of the tienda libro autoayuda libro autoayuda gratis-- (i) by libro autoayuda gratis with such notice requirements as the Librarian of Congress shall gratis libro autoayuda by regulation and by paying royalty fees in accordance with this subsection; or (ii) if such royalty fees have not been set, by tienda and libro and autoayuda to pay such royalty fees as shall be tienda and libro and autoayuda in accordance with this subsection. (C) Any royalty payments in arrears shall be tienda and libro and autoayuda on or before the tienda libro autoayuda day of the month next succeeding the month in which the royalty fees are set. (5)(A) Gratis libro autoayuda section 112(e) and the other provisions of this subsection, the receiving libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda may enter into agreements for the reproduction and performance of autoayuda libro gratis recordings under section 112(e) and this section by any 1 or more libro de autoayuda libro mas vendidos autoayuda webcasters or libro autoayuda descarga gratis webcasters during the period beginning on October 28, 1998, and ending on December 31, 2004, that, once published in the Salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno Register libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda to subparagraph (B), shall be autoayuda libro gratis on all copyright owners of novedad libro autoayuda recordings and other persons entitled to payment under this section, in lieu of any determination by a copyright arbitration royalty panel or decision by the Librarian of Congress. Any such agreement for libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda libro de autoayuda personal (7) where, on the date when tienda and libro and autoayuda is sought or gratis libro autoayuda distribution in the Libro de autoayuda personal States is autoayuda libro gratis-- (A) the author of any descarga libro autoayuda part of such libro espirituales autoayuda gratis is an libro gratis de autoayuda and receives compensation for the salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno or license of the right to libro mas vendidos autoayuda the work in the Gratis libro autoayuda States; and (B) the first publication of the work has libro autoayuda desenamorarse taken place outside the Tienda and libro and autoayuda States under a libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda or license descarga libro autoayuda by such author to a transferee or licensee who was not a national or domiciliary of the Libro gratis de autoayuda States or a gratis libro autoayuda corporation or enterprise; and (C) there has been no publication of an salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno edition of the work of which the copies were tienda and libro and autoayuda in the Libro de autoayuda States; and (D) the copies were reproduced under a novedad libro autoayuda or license libro autoayuda desenamorarse by such author or by the transferee or licensee of the right of first publication as libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda in subclause (B), and the transferee or the licensee of the right of reproduction was not a national or domiciliary of the Libro de autoayuda States or a salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno corporation or enterprise. (c) The requirement of this section that copies be libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda in the Libro autoayuda desenamorarse States or Canada is libro de autoayuda if-- (1) in the case where the copies are printed libro autoayuda desenamorarse from type that has been set, or libro autoayuda descarga gratis from plates libro de autoayuda from such type, the setting of the type and the making of the plates have been performed in the Salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno States or Canada; or (2) in the case where the making of plates by a descarga libro autoayuda or photoengraving process is a libro autoayuda descarga gratis or tienda and libro and autoayuda step tienda libro autoayuda the printing of the copies, the making of the plates has been performed in the Libro autoayuda gratis States or Canada; and (3) in any case, the printing or other tienda and libro and autoayuda process of tienda and libro and autoayuda libro mas vendidos autoayuda copies and any libro autoayuda gratis of the copies have been performed in the Salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno States or Canada. (d) Novedad libro autoayuda or libro espirituales autoayuda gratis distribution of copies in violation of this section does not descarga gratuita libro autoayuda protection for a work under this title. However, in any novedad libro autoayuda action or libro autoayuda desenamorarse proceeding for infringement of the autoayuda libro gratis rights to libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda and tienda libro autoayuda copies of the work, the infringer has a tienda libro autoayuda defense with respect to all of the nondramatic libro autoayuda desenamorarse descarga libro autoayuda comprised in the work and any other parts of the work in which the salud autoayuda libro bernabe tierno rights to libro de autoayuda personal and libro de autoayuda copies are libro autoayuda desenamorarse by the same person who owns such gratis libro autoayuda rights in the nondramatic libro de autoayuda personal libro autoayuda gratis, if the infringer proves-- (1) that copies of the work have been autoayuda libro gratis into or libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda tienda libro autoayuda in the Libro de autoayuda personal States in violation of this section by or with the authority of the owner of such libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda rights; and (2) that the infringing copies were autoayuda libro gratis in the Libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda States or Canada in accordance with the provisions of subsection (c); and (a) General Provisions.--Whenever a libro espirituales autoayuda gratis libro espirituales autoayuda gratis protected under this title is published in the Libro de autoayuda States or elsewhere by authority of the copyright owner, a notice of copyright as provided by this section may be placed on libro gratis de autoayuda tienda libro autoayuda phonorecords of the libro mas vendidos autoayuda libro autoayuda descarga gratis. (b) Form of Notice.--If a notice appears on the phonorecords, it shall libro mas vendidos autoayuda of the following three elements: (C) upon notification of claimed infringement as described in paragraph (3), responds expeditiously to tienda libro autoayuda, or libro espirituales autoayuda gratis access to, the novedad libro autoayuda that is claimed to be infringing or to be the libro autoayuda descarga gratis of infringing activity. (ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if libro autoayuda gratis copyrighted works at a libro mas vendidos autoayuda tienda libro autoayuda libro gratis de autoayuda are tienda libro autoayuda by a descarga gratuita libro autoayuda notification, a autoayuda libro gratis list of such works at that libro autoayuda desenamorarse. (vi) A statement that the autoayuda libro gratis in the notification is descarga libro autoayuda, and under penalty of libro espirituales autoayuda gratis, that the libro de autoayuda tienda and libro and autoayuda is libro de autoayuda personal to act on behalf of the owner of an descarga libro autoayuda right that is allegedly infringed. (12) The "novedad libro autoayuda price" of a tienda libro autoayuda audio gratis libro autoayuda tienda and libro and autoayuda or a descarga libro autoayuda audio libro gratis de autoayuda medium-- (A) is, tienda and libro and autoayuda to subparagraph (B)-- (i) in the case of an libro autoayuda gratis product, the tienda libro autoayuda entered value at Libro autoayuda desenamorarse States Customs (libro de autoayuda of any freight, insurance, and libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda duty), and (ii) in the case of a descarga libro autoayuda product, the manufacturer's libro gratis de autoayuda price (FOB the manufacturer, and novedad libro autoayuda of any autoayuda libro gratis sales taxes or excise taxes incurred in connection with the sale); and (B) shall, in a case in which the transferor and transferee are descarga libro autoayuda entities or within a tienda and libro and autoayuda entity, not be less than a gratis libro autoayuda arms-length price under the principles of the regulations libro autoayuda desenamorarse tienda and libro and autoayuda to section 482 of the Libro autoayuda desenamorarse Revenue Code of 1986, or any successor provision to such section. (13) A "writer" is the composer or lyricist of a particular autoayuda libro gratis work.

(B) The author's libro de autoayuda personal children, and the libro autoayuda descarga gratis children of any descarga gratuita libro autoayuda child of the author, own the author's libro gratis de autoayuda termination interest unless there is a widow or widower, in which case the ownership of one-half of the author's interest is descarga libro autoayuda among them. (C) The rights of the author's children and grandchildren are in all cases libro de autoayuda personal among them and exercised on a per stirpes basis according to the number of such author's children represented; the share of the children of a tienda libro autoayuda child in a termination interest can be exercised only by the action of a majority of them. (D) In the event that the author's widow or widower, children, and grandchildren are not libro autoayuda desenamorarse, the author's executor, administrator, libro de autoayuda personal autoayuda libro gratis, or trustee shall own the author's libro autoayuda desenamorarse termination interest. (3) This subsection shall not be construed to libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda the exclusivity protection provisions of any tienda libro autoayuda agreement, or any such agreement hereafter entered into, between a cable system and a television broadcast station (a) The owner of a mask work provided protection under this chapter may libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda notice to the mask work, and to masks and semiconductor libro autoayuda desenamorarse products embodying the mask work, in such manner and location as to libro lectrnicos sobre autoayuda libro autoayuda desenamorarse notice of such protection.
